I have been given this case in an attempt to understand the topic of "patient clinical data analysis" to develop my competency in reading and comprehending clinical data including history, clinical findings, investigations, diagnosis and treatment plan. CASE:- A 46 year old male came to the OPD with complaints of burning sensation in the feet (bilaterally) since 6 months. The pain was not associated with pedal oedema, tingling/numbness.
